Welcome to Living Timeless.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Living Timeless website, services, consultations, quotations, design services, furniture, modular interiors, installation services, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, visiting our showroom, placing an order, making a payment, or engaging Living Timeless for any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Living Timeless

Living Timeless provides modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, interior solutions, design services, manufacturing, installation, and related services.

Certain services may be provided directly by Living Timeless or through authorised vendors, contractors, installation teams, manufacturers, consultants, or service partners.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and current.

However:

  • Product images, colours, textures, finishes, dimensions, and specifications may vary from actual products.

  • Screen settings, lighting, photography, materials, manufacturing batches, and natural variations may affect appearance.

  • Website content is for general information and does not constitute a final quotation, specification, or contractual commitment.

  • Prices shown online, if any, may be indicative unless specifically stated otherwise.

Final scope, specifications, materials, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be governed by the approved quotation, drawings, order confirmation, or project agreement.

3. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship between you and Living Timeless.

A project or order will generally be considered confirmed only after:

  • Finalisation of the scope of work

  • Acceptance of the quotation or proposal

  • Approval of relevant specifications or designs

  • Receipt of the required advance payment

Living Timeless reserves the right to accept or decline any project or order at its discretion.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

  • Pricing may change if measurements, scope, materials, finishes, hardware, site conditions, quantities, or specifications change.

  • Taxes, delivery, installation, civil work, electrical work, plumbing, appliances, accessories, or third-party items may be charged separately unless expressly included.

  • Additional work requested after approval may be treated as a variation and charged separately.

Any verbal estimate should be considered indicative until confirmed in writing.

5. Measurements and Site Conditions

Accurate site measurements and site readiness are essential for successful project execution.

The customer is responsible for informing Living Timeless of any concealed conditions, structural issues, waterproofing problems, electrical issues, plumbing concerns, access limitations, society restrictions, or other conditions that may affect execution.

Living Timeless will not be responsible for delays, rework, or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect dimensions provided by the customer or third parties

  • Changes made at site after measurements are taken

  • Uneven walls, floors, ceilings, or structural variations

  • Hidden utilities or structural defects

  • Water seepage, dampness, pest infestation, or site damage

  • Unfinished civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, or related work

  • Restricted site access or building rules

Where remeasurement, redesign, or remanufacturing is required due to such changes, additional charges may apply.

6. Design Approval

Designs, drawings, layouts, finishes, colours, hardware, and specifications must be reviewed carefully before approval.

Once a design or specification is approved by the customer, Living Timeless may begin procurement or manufacturing.

Changes requested after approval may:

  • Increase the project cost

  • Extend the delivery timeline

  • Require remanufacturing

  • Result in variation charges

Living Timeless is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from items that were clearly shown and approved in drawings, samples, renders, specifications, or selections.

7. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be stated in the applicable quotation, order form, or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused if a scheduled payment is not received on time.

Living Timeless may withhold:

  • Manufacturing

  • Dispatch

  • Delivery

  • Installation

  • Handover

until all amounts due at the relevant project stage have been received.

Payments once applied towards procurement, custom manufacturing, design, or execution may be non-refundable to the extent costs have already been incurred.

8. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Most modular furniture and interior products supplied by Living Timeless are customised or made specifically for the customer's project.

Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Where a cancellation is accepted, Living Timeless may deduct amounts corresponding to:

  • Design work completed

  • Materials purchased

  • Manufacturing completed or initiated

  • Logistics expenses

  • Labour or installation costs

  • Vendor commitments

  • Administrative expenses

Any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the actual stage of the project.

9. Delivery and Installation Timelines

Any delivery or installation timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Design approvals

  • Payment delays

  • Material availability

  • Custom manufacturing

  • Site readiness

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Labour availability

  • Transport or logistics disruptions

  • Building or society restrictions

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Living Timeless will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays but will not be liable for indirect losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control.

10. Site Readiness

Before delivery or installation, the site should be reasonably ready for furniture installation.

This may include completion of:

  • Flooring

  • Major civil work

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical work

  • Waterproofing

  • Ceiling work

  • Painting where relevant

  • Appliance or utility points

  • Clear and safe site access

If our team reaches the site and installation cannot proceed because the site is not ready, additional visit, transport, labour, storage, or rescheduling charges may apply.

11. Storage and Delayed Acceptance

Once products are ready for dispatch, the customer is expected to accept delivery within the agreed period.

If delivery is delayed at the customer's request or due to site conditions, Living Timeless may charge reasonable storage, handling, or additional transportation costs.

Living Timeless will not be responsible for delays caused by the customer's inability to accept delivery.

12. Product Variations

Natural and manufactured materials may vary.

Variations may occur in:

  • Wood grain

  • Veneer

  • Laminate

  • Fabric

  • Leather

  • Stone

  • Paint

  • Polish

  • Metal finish

  • Texture

  • Colour

  • Pattern

Minor differences between showroom samples, digital images, samples, and finished products are normal and will not generally be treated as defects.

13. Appliances, Hardware and Third-Party Products

Where third-party appliances, hardware, fittings, accessories, lighting, or other branded products are supplied, the original manufacturer's warranty and terms may apply.

Living Timeless is not responsible for manufacturing defects in third-party products beyond any assistance we may reasonably provide in coordinating with the manufacturer or supplier.

14. Warranty

Any warranty provided by Living Timeless will be subject to the specific warranty terms communicated with the applicable product or project.

Warranty coverage may exclude damage arising from:

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Water leakage or seepage

  • Excessive humidity or moisture

  • Termites or pests

  • Structural movement

  • Improper maintenance

  • Overloading

  • Accidents

  • Alterations by third parties

  • Electrical or plumbing failures

  • Natural wear and tear

Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised third parties may void applicable warranty coverage.

15. Inspection and Handover

Customers should inspect the work during installation and at final handover.

Any visible issue should be reported promptly.

Minor punch-list items or finishing corrections do not necessarily justify withholding the entire outstanding payment where the project is substantially complete.

Living Timeless will make reasonable efforts to rectify legitimate workmanship issues within an appropriate timeframe.

16. Customer-Provided Materials or Products

If the customer supplies appliances, hardware, stone, lighting, accessories, materials, or other items, the customer is responsible for their quality, dimensions, availability, and compatibility.

Living Timeless will not be liable for defects, delays, damages, or installation issues resulting from customer-supplied items.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, layouts, drawings, concepts, images, text, branding, graphics, and other materials created by Living Timeless remain the intellectual property of Living Timeless or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may use project-specific designs for their own project.

They may not commercially reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or use Living Timeless designs or content for competing or commercial purposes without written permission.

18. Photography and Project Portfolio

Living Timeless may request permission to photograph completed projects for documentation, portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.

Where appropriate, we will seek to avoid displaying personally identifiable information.

If a customer does not want completed-project photography used publicly, they should notify Living Timeless in writing.

19. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Copy or misuse protected content

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorised access to any system or data

  • Use automated systems to scrape or misuse website content without permission

We may restrict access to our website where misuse is suspected.

20. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social media services, map providers, payment providers, or other services.

Living Timeless is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Living Timeless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the website or provision of services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant order or project.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Force Majeure

Living Timeless will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Fire

  • Flood

  • Epidemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supply shortages

  • Power disruptions

  • Civil disturbance

  • War

  • Import restrictions

  • Material shortages

  • Events affecting manufacturing or logistics

Project timelines may be reasonably extended where such circumstances occur.

23. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding a product or service, please contact Living Timeless so that we can first attempt to resolve the matter directly.

The parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

24. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

25. Changes to These Terms

Living Timeless may update these Terms periodically.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
