Welcome to Living Timeless. By using our Site and by purchasing our products or Services you agree to these Terms.

1) About us

Take Interio, trading as Living Timeless, provides end to end modular kitchen design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.

2) Site use

Use livingtimeless.com lawfully. Do not disrupt the Site or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

3) Quotes, designs, and orders

  • Concept designs may be prepared after site measurements

  • Production drawings and the bill of quantities follow order confirmation and advance payment

  • You must review and approve drawings, finishes, hardware, and the bill of quantities in writing before production

  • Products are made to order. Minor color and texture variations may occur due to material characteristics

4) Measurements and site readiness

You agree to facilitate accurate measurements and ensure site readiness. This includes plaster and flooring completion, electrical and plumbing fall points, clear access, working hours permissions, and safe storage.

5) Pricing and payments

  • Prices are in INR and include or exclude GST as stated in the invoice

  • Typical schedule: 50 percent advance, 40 percent before dispatch, 10 percent post installation

  • Delays in approvals, site readiness, or payments may shift the delivery timeline

6) Delivery, installation, and coordination

  • Indicative delivery timeline: 4 to 6 weeks from approved drawings and advance

  • Installation excludes civil, electrical, and plumbing work unless agreed in writing

  • Appliances, countertops, and third party accessories are coordinated where feasible. Responsibility remains with the respective vendor unless purchased through us

7) Cancellations and returns

  • Made to order items are non cancellable once production begins

  • Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects covered under our Warranty

8) Intellectual property

All Site content, designs, drawings, renderings, text, graphics, and trademarks are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not reproduce them without written consent.

9) User content license

If you submit reviews, photos, or testimonials you grant us a non exclusive royalty free license to use them for marketing. You can revoke consent for future use by writing to us.

10) Warranties and disclaimers

See the Warranty section for coverage. Except as expressly stated we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the price paid for that order.

12) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control such as floods, strikes, lockdowns, and supply disruptions.

13) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties should attempt amicable settlement or mediation before litigation.
