Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Living Timeless. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use as outlined below.

1) Coverage summary

  • Cabinet carcass HDHMR or BWP plywood: 10 year limited warranty

  • Fronts and shutters laminate, PU, or veneer: 5 year limited warranty

  • Hardware hinges, channels, lift ups: 5 year limited warranty or as per the hardware brand if longer

  • Accessories baskets and pull outs: 3 year limited warranty

  • Countertops quartz, granite, or marble: 2 year workmanship warranty when fabrication and installation are done by us. Stone brand warranties apply to material defects

  • Appliances hob, chimney, oven, dishwasher, or refrigerator: as per OEM manufacturer warranty and registration terms

  • On site service within warranty free for covered issues. Chargeable for exclusions and out of warranty

2) What qualifies as a defect

  • Warping, delamination, or structural failure caused by manufacturing defects

  • Hardware malfunction under normal use

  • Installation defects such as misalignment beyond tolerance or improper leveling reported within 30 days of installation

3) Exclusions

  • Damage from water leakage or seepage, damp walls, termites at site, flooding, or standing water

  • Heat, sunlight, or chemical exposure beyond product limits. Use of harsh cleaners or abrasives

  • Normal wear and tear, color fading, natural grain or texture variation, micro scratches or minor dents from regular use

  • Improper use, overloading, DIY alterations, unauthorized repairs, or shifting the kitchen by third parties

  • Civil, electrical, or plumbing works not executed by us

  • Countertop stains, chips, cracks, or thermal shock from hot pots and impact

  • Appliance performance or failures which are covered by OEM warranties

  • Commercial or heavy rental use unless agreed in writing

4) Customer responsibilities

  • Maintain ventilation. Wipe spills promptly and keep the area dry

  • Use gentle cleaners and follow our Care Guide

  • Report issues promptly with photos or videos and invoice details

  • Provide access for inspection and service

5) Claim process

  1. Email info@livingtimeless.com with subject Warranty Claim – Order Number

  2. Share invoice, photos or videos, and a brief description

  3. We assess within 5 to 7 business days and may schedule a site visit

  4. If approved we will repair or replace the defective part with comparable materials. If an exact match is unavailable a close alternative will be offered

  5. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty term

6) Limits and remedies

Our obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or a reasonable service credit for the defective component at our discretion. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or costs of third party services.

7) Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and installation address and is non transferable unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

8) Governing law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
